Natneal Belete

I am a Computer Science student at Montgomery College with a focus on AI and software development. I’m currently building a strong foundation in Python, C++, and TypeScript, while planning my transfer to UMD College Park to continue my studies. I really enjoy seeing how classroom concepts apply to real projects. Some things I’ve worked on recently include: Transfer Tracker: A tool I built using RAG and LLMs to help students automate their own degree audits. MindMatch Arena: An AI agent that uses ensemble learning to achieve high win rates in pattern-matching games. SmartGuard: A neural network I worked on to help make chat environments safer by detecting malicious content. Beyond coding, I’ve learned a lot about leadership and teamwork through my time as a Soccer Team Captain and Volunteering in my community. I’m always looking to learn from others and grow as a developer.
